Common Task "Helpers" and Redesign of Existing "Helpers"

LON-CAPA currently has a number of "helper" dialogues, for example in printing, setting deadlines, and course initializations. These will be redesigned and expanded to better address common tasks and provide better decision support. As an example, a helper will be provided to set up exams, which guides the user through decisions regarding administration methods, availability, proctoring, grading, possible online retakes, etc.
